You provide the ingredients, or add on optional grocery service with ongoing pantry inventory. We’ll come to your home, cook your meals for the week, and leave them in your fridge —ready for you to heat up. How Our In-Home Meal Prep Service Works
1. Choose your meals
Pick 3 or 5 meals from our delicious rotating menu. Paleo, halal, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available.
2. Shop for ingredients
We provide a complete shopping list for you, or let us do the shopping!
3. Go have fun while we cook!
On your cook day, we’ll prepare it all in your home, leaving meals in the fridge and your kitchen pristine!
